Razia joined the HomeLegal team as a Legal Assistant in January 2016 after working at law firms across the Wellington region. Razia deals with all transactional aspects of conveyancing files including sales, purchases and refinances.

Why did you become a legal executive?

I have always been interested in real estate and helping people fulfil their dreams of owning a home and this was one way to do it.

When you are not being a legal executive what do you like doing most?

Spending time with my family.

Where is your special place in the region?

Lower Hutt – where home is.

What is your favourite shop/restaurant?

Shop would be Target Australia and restaurant – Fung Wah Stokes Valley. An Asian takeaway with amazing food.

How would you describe your style of practice?

Calm and collected.

If you had to give a first homebuyer a single piece of advice, what would it be?
