Q and A with Courtney

Why did you become a legal executive?

I had been working as a Legal Secretary and as part of that role had especially enjoyed my involvement with the clients. I really liked the idea of being able to be involved with clients and their transactions more directly.

When you are not being a legal executive what do you like doing most?

Spending time with my family and close friends and shopping.

Where is your special place in the region?

Wainuiomata. My husband and I were both born and bred there and it is where we have setup home together.

What is your favourite shop/restaurant?

My favourite place to shop is Augustine. Some of my favourite places to eat are Kilim (Turkish) and Flying Burrito Brothers (Mexican).

How would you describe your style of practice?

Methodical and efficient, while still maintaining a down to earth approach. I try to keep my clients in the loop during their transaction so that they feel like everything is in control.

If you had to give a first homebuyer a single piece of advice, what would it be?

No question is silly! We are here to help and you should never hesitate to ask us any question in relation to any part of your transaction. We want you to feel at ease during the process so it can be as exciting and stress-free as possible for you.

What is different about the HomeLegal service that makes it so popular?

Our friendly and efficient team who are passionate about what we do.
